Tentaleech

Large, blood sucking leeches which attach themselves to the gigantic animals of their native planet. Tentaleeches grow to be 5-7 feet in length, and live in the deep slime and muck of heavy swamp areas. Once affixed to a creature's hide, nothing will remove them short of burning them off. They have been known to rarely hunt smaller prey in the absence of larger hosts.
