An anthropomorphic ice cream cone from another dimension. In his home world, the being known as Evil Creme lead a happy, joyous life, singing songs and gallivanting daily with his friends. Through a freak accident of nature he found himself stuck in our dimension. Having long since given up any hope of going home, Evil Creme now spreads fear, determined to stop the "animals" from devouring his own kind.
