A mutated starfish/lamprey. From the lab of a mad scientist whom gave him his armor and weapon, this beast seeks and destroys the scientist's enemies and sucks out their blood! It wasn't until the scientist ran out of enemies, did it turn on him. Now Hariqua hunts people with his stun gun for their delicious blood.
